1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The CallJacob.com LA Sparks Stadium QR Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins when the QR code is made available at Crypto.com Arena and/or when the official giveaway post is published on Sponsor’s Instagram account, and ends on a date to be determined by Sponsor (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Employees of The Law Offices of Jacob Emrani (“Sponsor”), the Los Angeles Sparks, the WNBA, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family/household members are not eligible to enter or win.

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may enter using one of the following methods:

A. QR Code Entry

Entrants may:

Scan the official QR code at Crypto.com Arena
Complete the opt-in form on the landing page
Submit required information, such as name, email, and optional phone number
Agree to marketing consent, if applicable, and these Official Rules

B. Instagram Entry

Entrants may also enter through Instagram by locating the official giveaway post on Sponsor’s Instagram account, @call.jacob, during the Sweepstakes Period.

To enter through Instagram, entrants must:

Follow @call.jacob on Instagram
Like the official giveaway post
Share or repost the official giveaway post as directed in the post instructions
Complete any other entry steps listed in the official giveaway post

Sponsor may require entrants to keep their Instagram profile public during the Sweepstakes Period so the entry can be verified. Entries that cannot be verified may be disqualified.

No purchase necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

4. PRIZES

Entrants will be entered for a chance to win Call Jacob merchandise and/or promotional items, which may include apparel, swag bags, or future opportunities for tickets and in-game experiences.

Prize details, quantity, and approximate retail value (“ARV”) will be determined by Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed except at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Potential winners will be contacted via email, phone, and/or Instagram direct message, depending on the method of entry. If a selected winner does not respond within a specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, Instagram handle, submitted information, and any content submitted or reposted in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

7. MARKETING CONSENT & PRIVACY

By entering through the QR code or online form, you may agree to receive marketing communications from Sponsor via email and/or SMS, if opted in. Consent is not required for entry.

Instagram entries do not automatically opt entrants into email or SMS marketing unless the entrant separately provides that consent through Sponsor’s form or another approved method.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor and affiliated entities are not responsible for:

Technical failures or website issues
Lost, late, incomplete, or unverifiable entries
Instagram platform errors, outages, or account restrictions
Unauthorized access or data issues

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless all related entities from any claims or damages arising from participation or prize use.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, platform issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, uses multiple accounts to enter, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
