"To begin, I was not paid or persuaded to articulate these thoughts. Jacob Emrani’s firm is the example of a firm that sets the bar at all levels and functions. On my previous reviews, I expressed my sentiments about Jacob’s firm. I outlined to everyone that two superstars of the firm are Emily and Lori. If you’ve been in an accident or anytime of injury, make sure you call and ask for these two ladies of law. Building on that appreciation, I want to recognize another group within Jacob’s firm. This group is known as the “negotation” specialists. Their function within the firm is to find a balance between the economic cost of your lawsuit. They essentially take what’s possible, and do EVERYTHING they can to award you your share of the settlements. Their job is by no means a good time. Besides having their own personal families and life’s curveball, they are a superior group that can meet and exceed your expectations. In my lawsuit, they completely shocked me. In the process of my motorcycle lawsuit, I had went to cedar Sinai for emergency care. Was there for 2 hours. A couple of x-rays, some bandages and a bunch of nurses. The bill JUST FOR THAT WAS LITERALLY 100K PLUS.z\[ Do yourself a favor and skip Sinai if an emergency occurs because they are beyond rediculous\]. Once fsult was declared and the lawsuit started, the negotiation team went to work fighting everyone for my justified compensation. Within this group, my negotiator was Eddie. \[ ask for him by name if your case goes through.\] I dunno how this guy did it, but he was able to literally reduce this amount by more then half. THINK OF THAT! REDUCE A SIX FIGURE HOSPITAL BILL BY MORE THEN HALF. I was told that he spent hours and hours negotiating with all the entities, and not only got me what was just, but he was able to satisfy the other entities also. The man is a genius and a great person who can take a horrible situation and turn it upside down. In conclusion, Jacob’s firm is Priceless on recovering for their clients. When you have Jacob, Emily, Lori and Eddie behind the goalie, theres only one action that will happen. YOU WILL WIN! Again, be aware that lawsuits take time and that your part in the accident could be used against you in a bad way. I dont want to promise empty dreams or hopes. The fact is, whether your AT fault or not. Jacob and his firm doesn’t play games snd only gets results that benefit their clients. There are many good firms out there, with many bells and whistles. However, if you want the group that other firms aspire to be, as his commercials states ..CALL. JACOB…."
