My car was smashed, front and back and I had severe aches in my back and neck. After thorough research, I found the law offices of Jacob Emrani and I’m glad I did because later the driver in front tried to pin fault on me. I gave them a call and was impressed by how organized they were. I was able to instantly get an appointment set up and get an insight on if they would be able to help me with this situation. Bamba was able to come to me the very next day to take down details and start my claim. He explained everything in detail and provided me his direct contact for any questions. I was pretty stunned with the customer service he provided. He had thorough knowledge about injury and accident claims and was instantly able to give me answers on the process, amount I would be looking at and time needed. From there I was assigned an excellent case manager. A big shout out to ‘Tatiana’ my case manager. She was the main contact for any questions I had and set me up with doctors appointments closest to where I worked/lived and fit my schedule. She followed up consistently and was very patient with the entire process. They have good connections with plenty of medical centers, doctors, and labs which made the process even easier. I just had to give their name at every place I went to and no further questions were asked. The bills were sent directly to them so I didn’t have to worry about losing any money upfront. Insurance companies love to take advantage of every situation and in my case they tried everything they could to delay the repairs of my vehicle or respond in a timely manner. Team Jacob was able to handle all those challenges for me and dominated the situation. My car was fixed within a month and they even set me up with a similar rental car so I didn’t have to worry about paying out of pocket. I got the money for my personal injury side of the claim within a week of filing and it was way way more than what I thought it would be.
