Drivers struck by speeding motorists

Speed is the central problem on Murrieta’s arterials, and the speed row in the table ranks 7th. Patch reported 81 crashes on Clinton Keith Road that year, one of them fatal. During a Murrieta police enforcement operation on Whitewood and Clinton Keith on January 18, 2024, officers stopped 103 vehicles and issued 91 citations in a single day (Patch).

When a speeding driver broadsides someone on Clinton Keith, the case is usually won or lost on data: the speeding car’s airbag-module download, doorbell and dashcam video from Whitewood homeowners, and the officers’ measurements.
