Probably not. Both highways are patrolled by the CHP office on Southgate Avenue, which writes most of the collision reports there.

Will I have to go to Oroville for court?

No. The Superior Court keeps all of its civil work in Chico, so an injury case filed anywhere in the county is handled at the Concord Avenue courthouse.

I am a Chico State student whose permanent home is elsewhere. Can I still bring a claim here?
