## Your Health & Property Damage

## Communicating & Gathering

While you focus on your medical treatment, we will communicate with the insurance company, gather accident reports and photographs, speak with witnesses, and hire investigators or experts if needed.

## Resolving

We will assist in resolving all issues associated with your property damage, including loss of use and rental needs, as well as issues with the DMV and insurance companies.

## Preparing & Negotiating

Once you and your doctors agree that you have healed as much as possible, we will gather all of your medical records, prepare and present a demand package to the insurance company, and begin negotiating. If no settlement is reached, a lawsuit may be filed.

## Resolving & Reducing

Once you accept a settlement offer, we will attempt to reduce your medical bills with your medical providers, Medicare, and other agencies as needed.

## Distributing

After your case has been settled and all medical liens have been resolved, we will provide you with a disbursement for your review and approval before the final settlement checks are issued.
